Annie Chaloux

 Annie Chaloux is a PhD candidate at the Ecole nationale d'administration publique (ENAP) and was awarded a Joseph-Armand Bombardier CGS doctoral scholarship.
She is currently a research fellow of the Canada Research Chair in International and Comparative Political Economy and received, as well, a fellowship from the Woodrow Wilson International Center for Scholars in 2012. Her research focuses on Québec's environmental policies, North American green paradiplomacy and international climate negotiations. 
More specifically, her doctoral research concentrates on international environmental agreements and multi-level governance in the context of federalism.
